Bank of Baroda - Change in Statutory Central Auditors

Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as new Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank in place of M/s. B. C. Jain & Company, consequent upon the expiry of their term.
